R2R Mask Wishes to Remove the CO2 Mask on the Face of our Planet

DA.AI achieved an extraordinary milestone of turning recycled Re-PET fabric/chip into new ECO yarn/material in 2016, we named it Recycle to Recycle (R2R). Furthermore, the R2R eco material can be further developed into garments and accessories, such as fleece blanket and scarf. Apart from textile product, the material can also be made into 3D mask. And because you can see smiling faces through our clear mask, we name it "3D Smiling Mask." This innovation has officially moved DA.AI from “reduce waste” to “zero waste” concept, certainly one of pioneers in textile industry.

Established in 2012, DA.AI Technology’s laboratory dedicated in Cradle to Cradle© research, looking to make all material to stay in a close loop and never disposed. DA.AI actively promotes the concept of Cradle to Cradle (C2C) and wishes to revive all materials. Recycle to Recycle (R2R) product series was then launched based on such eco-friendly ideology. For example, the 3D Smiling Mask, with the transparent mask part made by Re-PET bottle, had its holder base made by R2R PET chips injection molding. This series of products provide our trimmed fabric a higher purpose rather than becoming garbage.

DA.AI Technology is constantly improving every year not only in product design, but also in reviving recycled resources. Several interesting and meaningful projects are now taking places, such as R2R injection modules implemented on furniture, flooring, gardening accessory, etc. With the R2R project, and rest of our green innovations, DA.AI wishes to remove the CO2 mask on the face of our planet.
