For our next report, in Taiwan, we follow environmental inspectors` footsteps as they travel to Changhua(彰化), to investigate the report that local electroplating factories have used hidden pipes to discharge toxic waste into nearby streams and also to learn how the government plans on imposing stricter punishment to deter such criminal act.

接下來在臺灣的報導，鏡頭就跟著環保稽查員的腳步來到彰化，調查當地電鍍工廠，使用暗管排放有毒廢棄物到鄰近的水源，也一起來了解政府的行政罰法，能不能有效遏止這樣的違法行為。
