At one of the distributions held last weekend at Leyte Normal University in Tacloban of the Philippines, 38-year-old Oquina Geraldo celebrated his birthday which happened to fall on the same day as the event. Geraldo said receiving Tzu Chi`s consolation cash was the best birthday gift of all. And facing a heavy downpour, Tzu Chi volunteers warmed the hearts of residents lining up at the venue by handing out blankets to keep everyone warm. Let`s take a look.
