Plastic has been assimilated into our lives; people benefit from its convenience and gradually ignore the disaster it brings. For example, large number of bottle caps not only created environmental pollution, but also destruction to ecology system. Many sea turtles and seabirds have died due to eating caps, or hermit crabs find caps as shelters. Working with the Taiwan Plastics Industry Development Center in 2014, DA.AI successfully developed a series of office supply made with recycled PET bottle caps, a solution to all these disasters.

This is a revolutionary step towards reviving a different type of plastic material, and a milestone for DA.AI to promote “purification from the origin” ideology. Thanks to the thorough recycling work done by environmental volunteers, separating the bottle rings and caps from bodies, and sorting the caps by colors with Earth loving heart, which provides DA.AI the best quality raw material to work with.
