Under the theme “Retail Practices on the Path to Net Zero,” the Sustainable Energy Association, led by Ambassador Eugene Chien, invited DA.AI Technology, winner of this year’s Sustainable Retail Award, to share its experience alongside representatives from government, industry, and academia. Together, participants explored how sustainable transformation can be advanced through policy design, technological innovation, and real-world implementation—jointly outlining a more responsible and resilient pathway toward sustainability.

Here, sustainability is not merely a corporate promise, but a collective action driven by collaboration and resource sharing. Supply chains are interconnected, experiences are passed on, and technology serves as a powerful enabler—amplifying goodwill and expanding positive impact.
