Today, a delegation from Vietnam’s LST School (Ly Thai To School) — including the school principal and representatives from the business community — visited Taiwan under the guidance of Tzu Chi University, with a visit to the Guandu environmental site.

DAAI has long been dedicated not only to advancing circular economy practices and environmental technologies, but also to sharing the seeds of environmental awareness, humanistic values, and compassion through its products and actions, reaching communities around the world.

From Taiwan to Vietnam, from environmental protection to education, and from technology to humanistic care, this exchange reflects a shared aspiration to transcend borders. Through mutual learning and collaboration, the vision of deep-rooted humanistic values and sustainable compassion continues to grow — gathering collective goodwill and positive action to create a better future for the Earth and for the next generation.

志工們走入店家，以真誠互動分享慈濟理念，透過愛心撲滿與靜思語，讓善念不只是停留在口號，而是在生活中自然發生。無論是一枚零錢投入撲滿，或是一句好話的傳遞，都讓點滴善意逐漸匯聚成社區中的正向力量。

目前已有七家店家加入富有愛心店行列，在商店街中多了一份溫暖招牌。從一次停留、一個善念開始，讓愛心持續累積，也讓善的循環在異鄉土地上深耕萌芽

Promoting “Kindhearted Stores” in Melbourne, Australia

Tzu Chi volunteers in Melbourne, Australia, have taken a new step forward by introducing the concept of “Kindhearted Stores,” inspired by Taiwan’s initiative. This effort brings the spirit of compassion into the city’s vibrant commercial districts, with the hope of inspiring more goodwill within a prosperous society and integrating care and kindness into everyday life.

Volunteers visited local businesses to share Tzu Chi’s philosophy through sincere and heartfelt interactions. Using Tzu Chi coin banks (love banks) and Jing Si Aphorisms, they encouraged the idea that compassion should not remain as slogans, but naturally become part of daily living. Whether it is a small coin dropped into a love bank or a kind word shared with others, every small act of goodness gradually accumulates into a positive force within the community.

To date, seven shops have joined the “Kindhearted Stores” initiative, adding warm and meaningful signage to the streetscape. Starting from a simple stop and a single thought of kindness, these small actions continue to grow, allowing the cycle of compassion to take root and flourish in a foreign land
