Tzu Chi volunteers from the USA, continued to spread good fortune in Samoa. After helping victims of the 2009 t sunami, the team explored the possibility of developing a r ecycling program, on the Pacific Island. Their journey took them from a garbage dump, to the governor”s office.

美國慈濟志工，持續將愛送到薩摩亞，2009年這裡發生強震引發海嘯，慈濟前來幫忙，愛不間斷，又再度前來宣導環保的重要性，從垃圾掩埋場到政府官員辦公室，宣導資源回收的理念。
