More than 800 Taiwan-based companies had registered to participate in the four-day fair that would feature some 40,000 MIT items. Among the companies, 65 renowned Taiwan brands will be exhibiting over 129 “Taiwan Excellence” products at the Taiwan Excellence Hall. The fair would focus particularly on Taiwan's mechanical industry, noting that Taiwan was the world's fourth-largest mechanical equipment exporter.Industrial Technology Research Institute was invited to plan the “Green Trade Area” to exhibit green products from different industries for a complete view of the new green trend.
