TITAS: Clean Recyclables from the Origin Concept is Well Recognized

The fifteenth annual Taipei Innovative Textile Application Show was held on October 12 at the Taipei World Trade Center. It was the largest in recent years with a total of 345 companies, and 580 booths joining the festivities. Among them, DA.AI Technology also published its proud portfolio in the fashion show.

The exhibition contains three demands, which are functions, fashion, and concern for the environment. Various types of fiber, yarn, fabric, garment, and accessories are gathered for the exhibition, and it is one of the most important platforms for trade and exchange of new inventions for the local and foreign textile industries.

The goal for DA.AI Technology this year is to promote the concept of refined recycling and clean recyclables from the origin. The concept is to avoid resources wasted in the process of recycling, so if everyone can do an easy rinse or cleaning before the items become recyclables, then it would save a lot of cleaning resources. DA.AI Technology has learned a lot from the environmental volunteers, and hopes the industry will join with DA.AI Technology to implement environmental protection further.

During the exhibition, a visitor who also attended the show in 2007 was surprised by how much DA.AI Technology has improved in the past four years. Four years ago, the booth had barely anything to show but a concept and enthusiasm for environmental protection though recycled polyester. Today, DA.AI Technology made its concept tangible with a fruitful display. Among the visitors, Mr. Hsia visited the booth with a question that has been waiting for an answer since the 311 Japan Tsunami. He heard that the blankets DA.AI Technology sent to Japan for disaster relief is made from recycled PET. After the staff explained the manufacturing process, he got his answer, and was very touched by the work, and the love.
