The Taiwan Lantern Festival, which was held in Taoyuan County, Taiwan, attracted a record-breaking number of visitors this year. However, there was hardly any garbage left on the ground by the end of each days. It was because people had become environmentally aware, thanks to Tzu Chi volunteers who promoted recycling there.
臺灣燈會在桃園舉行，創下賞燈人數最多的紀錄，但現場卻幾乎看不到垃圾，因為民眾環保意識抬頭，這得感謝慈濟志工，不斷推廣環保理念。
