To celebrate World Book Day, Tzu Chi volunteers in Xizhi(汐止) District, New Taipei City, Taiwan recently organized a study session at their local recycling station. Firstly however, let’s go to San Jose, California, the United States, where volunteer Hua Yulin(華玉琳) shared with those attending the community study session held by Tzu Chi on how going meatless can save water.
