In recent years, there has been an increase of tourists visiting the Taitung area, as more and more people are attracted to the beautiful scenery. To raise environmental awareness, the local county officials invited Tzu Chi volunteers to hold talks to teach residents more about the practice of recycling.
最近幾年，台東縣遊客爆增，許多人被鄉村的美景吸引而來，為了提升環保意識，垃圾減量，因此鄉公所邀請慈濟志工舉辦環保宣導。
