Taiwan’s recycling program is fueled by what is called a 4-in-1 program, which is the cooperation between the government’s recycling fund, local waste management, recycling enterprises, and the public. Importers and manufacturers of raw materials are taxed to pay for the cost of collecting and reclaiming recyclables, with a total 33 items currently being recycled and made into new products.
台灣的環保回收政策，乃是獨創的資源回收四合一計畫，係結合回收基金、地方政府、回收商及社區民眾4者，由製造商與進口商負責繳納回收基金，目前有33項產品都可以回收再製成產品。
