On Pulau Ketam, Malaysia Tzu Chi’s environmental message has taken root in the shape of a local recycling center. However, Chen Meizai, a three year recycling veteran, has gone one step farther by opening up a recycling point in front of her own home. Here, what was formally seen as garbage, is turned into gold for the sake of the environment.
