Welcome to Da Ai Headlines. I’m Helen Liao. Thank you for joining us. Over the past weekend, a carnival was held at the Tzu Chi College of Technology in Hualien(花蓮), Taiwan to mark the 25th anniversary of Tzu Chi Foundation’s educational mission. During the event, students and teachers from Tzu Chi schools and staff members from Tzu Chi’s four missions put on various performances to celebrate the occasion.
