In New Taipei City, Tzu Chi volunteers organized blessing ceremonies in Sanxia and Linkou to promote the proper practice of lunar July. Many residents happily shared their opinions on burning joss paper and promised to support Tzu Chi`s teaching.
新北市三峽和林口慈濟志工，舉辦社區祈福活動，宣導不燒紙錢、不殺生，有許多的民眾，以自身經驗和大家分享，並答應配合推廣慈濟的宣導。
