新竹環保市集 & 正義環保社區 Second-hand charity bazaar & Mayor visits Jing Si Hall

In Taiwan`s New Taipei City, the Luzhou Jing Si Hall is situated in Luzhou District`s Zhengyi Borough where Tzu Chi volunteers have long promoted recycling practices and invited members of the community to join their efforts. Recently, the borough received the National Outstanding Community Award for their environmental efforts. But first let`s join students of Shi-Hsing Elementary School in Hsinchu at their recent charity bazaar, where second-hand items were given an extended lease of life.
