Four years ago, Tzu Chi volunteer Qiu Shuzi in Taichung was diagnosed with gastric cancer and underwent surgery and treatment. The disease made her realize cancer is very much related to the environment, so she vowed to give 1,000 speeches to raise students’ environmental awareness.
台中的慈濟志工邱淑姿，四年前發現罹患胃癌，接受手術和治療，這場病讓她深刻體會，癌症和環境息息相關，因此她發願，進入校園分享環保一千場次。
