DA.AI Demonstrated Humanitarianism and Love during Entrepreneur Spiritual Camp

Every year, entrepreneur volunteers from different countries participate in a global Tzu Chi entrepreneur spiritual training camp in Hualian. More than 600 entrepreneurs from Malaysia, Singapore, United States, Vietnam, Australia, Philippines, China and Taiwan participated this year. After two days of abundant classes in Hualian, over 300 oversea entrepreneurs decided to stay and visit Tzu Chi Eastern Chapter to participate course for further understanding of Tzu Chi’s environmental protection mission on March 27, 2017.

DA.AI’s full-time volunteer and GM, James Lee, shared "Coexist with Earth" concept with the oversea entrepreneurs, and with environmental humanitarianism, brought an in-depth lesson of Culture of Environmental Protection, Cycle of Love, and Contribution to Society core values. James shared his personal experiences as a Tzu Chi entrepreneur and a volunteer to implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) in managing DA.AI. He added, "DA.AI is not doing business, but rather, passing a spirit of love to all.” People came to DA.AI’s booth during recesses; they were touched by James’ sharing and purchased eco-product not for fashion, but to contribute their love, since they understood all net proceeds are donated to Tzu Chi Foundation for disaster relief and other charitable work.

Through dynamic catwalk showcasing of DA.AI’s eco apparel by entrepreneurs themselves as models, all participants witnessed the “high-tech environmental protection.” DA.AI is very different from profitable business model, it’s a company that emphasizes love, a "spiritual transformation factory." Usually companies pursue Return of Investment (ROI); however, DA.AI’s ROI is pursuing Return of Influence. DA.AI is a ‘mind-factory.’ Apart from turning waste materials into eco-friendly products filled with humanitarianism, the company also invites all to purify their mindset with love and warmth. Good actions require great effort, especially when the goal is to create a sustainable platform of Great Love. We try to provide inspiration to all entrepreneur volunteers and hoped that they can bring these message and implement back home to create global eco-communities

少用塑膠製品 海洋生物遠離威脅

澳洲墨爾本慈濟志工，第四年參與「澳洲多元文化日」，在活動現場推廣環保理念。近來新聞曾播出，有海底生物誤食塑膠垃圾導致死亡，慈青因此演出一場短劇，訴說海底動物的心聲。

海底生物擬人化，心酸訴說著，塑膠垃圾會致命。

慈濟志工緊接著告訴民眾，回收的寶特瓶可以製作成環保毛毯。只要使用後沖洗乾淨，就可以經過瓶片、酯粒、紡絲到織布。

慈濟墨爾本聯絡處第四年參加澳洲多元文化日，展示回收物分類法，呼籲「清淨在源頭」的環保理念融入日常生活。
