Next, we get to know more about Low Siang Kheng, the person who established the day time recycling point at Bukit Ho Swee. Low actually began inviting neighbors to safeguard the planet in 2008, but it was quite a rocky start, as her neighbors found the noise unbearable and there were not enough people to help her. Through it all, Low has never thought of giving up.
