After Typhoon Haiyan wrecked havoc in the Central Philippines early November, last year, Tzu Chi has since carried out a series of relief work, including launching its cash-for-work program, building prefabricated classrooms and held several aid distributions. We dedicate most of today`s program in looking back to how Tzu Chi`s relief work has brought cities and villages back to life following the catastrophic event, beginning with Tzu Chi`s cash-for-work program.
