A delegation led by the Resource Circulation Administration (RCA) of the Ministry of Environment recently visited DAAI to exchange views on advancing circular economy initiatives. The visiting members included representatives from the RCA, the Jianguo Holiday Flower Market Autonomous Association of Taipei, Kangcheng Engineering Consultants, and Wecam Public Relations Consulting, among others.
During the meeting, discussions revisited the earlier collaboration involving the introduction of reusable circular bags at the Jianguo Holiday Flower Market. Building upon this foundation, participants explored the development of a 2.0 upgraded model — integrating recycled materials with circular design concepts to strengthen real-world application scenarios for resource circulation.
Through cross-departmental dialogue and public–private sector collaboration, both sides expressed hope to jointly promote the practical implementation of resource circulation policies. The shared vision is to bring environmental action closer to citizens’ daily lives and to further realize the tangible value of a circular economy in urban settings.
DAAI remains committed to partnering with government agencies and industry stakeholders to transform sustainability strategies into measurable, community-centered outcomes.
