Taiwan's National Environmental Protection Education Award Recognizes DA.AI's Consistent Heart Purifying Action

Stood out among many large corporations in Taiwan, DA.AI Technology was honored to be awarded of the 2nd National Environmental Protection Education Award from the Department of Environmental Protection of Taipei City Government. The award committee members recently visited DA.AI’s Eco-Friendly Concept Store and R&D Center located in the Taipei City Neihu District, and while fascinated by the concept wall made from pure recycled PET bottles, they listened to James Lee, the President of DA.AI Technology, explaining the meaning behind the DA.AI Pipal leaf logo. In Buddhism, Pipal represents enlightenment, and sharing similar idea, DA.AI has a mission to enlighten everyone the importance of environmental protection not only on the external level, but also internally within our mind and body. The ultimate goal of DA.AI is to bring up everyone’s awareness in choosing a sustainable and low desire lifestyle.

Throughout the presentation, DA.AI explained its company philosophies, plans, results, and awards, and received high applause and recognition from the committee members. The president of The Society of Wilderness was one of the committee members, and has suggested that our environmental protection awareness should be as strong as the power of religion, and should be promoted from everyone’s inner heart which then leads to action. This is exactly what DA.AI has been doing for the past 5 years, and will continue on the path to bring up public awareness of choosing an eco-friendly lifestyle instead of consumption.

After the meeting, the committee members toured DA.AI’s R&D Center, where the R&D team not only explained the technology behind DA.AI’s current PET recycling materials and products, but also introduced the future direction in recycling other types of materials to increase product variety, as well as how to expand the influential level of the Cradle to Cradle (C2C) idea. Moving on to the DA.AI Eco-Friendly Concept Store, where from the wall to floor carpet are all made from recycled PET bottles expresses the eco-friendly attitude and environmental protection lifestyle that DA.AI consistently carries out. The decoration in the store, including JingSi Aphorism light boxes, non-profit advertisements, and posters on the wall are all communication channels to the public about DA.AI’s mission and philosophy, and hope to educate people the importance to guard the only Earth that we live on.
