DAAI Honored at the 2026 Taiwan Sustainability Action Awards

At the 2026 Taiwan Sustainability Action Awards (TSAA), DAAI received Gold Awards for SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, as well as a Silver Award for SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy. Among these initiatives, “Medical Materials: From Incineration to Circularity” gives discarded medical resources a new purpose, transforming materials that might otherwise have been incinerated into valuable resources that help protect the environment and safeguard all life.

These achievements would not have been possible without the continued support and companionship of our environmental volunteers, Tzu Chi’s Four Missions, partners, and the entire DAAI team. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has walked this journey with us and helped turn environmental ideals into meaningful action.

Looking ahead, DAAI will remain true to its original aspiration—integrating Buddhist principles with technology and putting compassion into practice in everyday life. Through every product and every action, we hope to inspire more people to transform positive thoughts into concrete action, creating a lasting cycle of goodness and sustainability for the planet and for future generations.
