菲嘉年華募愛 In the Philippines

In the Philippines, the Sorteo Festival in Carmona City of Cavite Province has a history of over 155 years. It is held every three years and this year, Tzu Chi was invited to attend. Volunteers in Carmona worked hard to create a parade float to promote protection of the environment. In addition, volunteers also canvassed the streets for donations to help earthquake victims in southern Taiwan.

在菲律賓的甲美地省卡莫納市，傳統的花車嘉年華，擁有155年的歷史，每三年舉辦一次，今年慈濟受邀參加，在卡莫納市的志工，別出心裁製作出，一台環保法船花車，藉此宣導環保，同時也在慶典上，為南台灣地震受災民眾，街頭募捐。
