美冬令發放 In the United States, winter aid distribution

In the United States, as winter approaches, night temperature in Oakland of California drops below zero degrees Celsius. To help the homeless people in Oakland brave the cold winter, local Tzu Chi volunteers held their annual winter aid distribution. Let’s join them there.
