Also in Malaysia, during a 3-night-2-day Tzu Ching camp in Malacca, a group of young volunteers headed to the streets to promote Tzu Chi’s environmental mission to local residents. These youngsters were not afraid of rejection and remained steadfast in their message. Thus, in just half an hour, they were able to collect over 600 signatures. Meanwhile, the Tzu Chi Recycling Station in Pulau Ketam Island is undergoing construction to expand the current site to accomodate the growing numbers and meet future needs.
