To maintain the school’s landscape without breaking the bank, while still conserving water, the Tzu Chi Senior High in Tainan turns to the local sewage plant, where treated effluent is provided to all free of charge. But first we meet a family of five in Tainan, whose water bill is only four to six USD for every two months.
