In Australia, Tzu Chi volunteers at the Tzu Chi Gold Coast Liaison Office made a creative dish by using Tzu Chi`s instant rice to encourage care recipients to adopt vegetarianism , while in Taiwan`s Kaohsiung, Tzu Chings of Cheng Shiu University also organized a vegetarian fair for their classmates and teachers.
