Combining two Tzu Chi campaigns into one, a group of housewives gathered in Neihu to turn discarded cardboard tubes collected from a sewing factory into beautiful bamboo coin banks. Among the helpers is one volunteer who lost her right hand in a work related accident a few years ago, but she does not let her disability hinder her desire to be a useful person in society.
