In California of the United States, Dentist Chen Xunman of the Alhambra Tzu Chi Medical Center has become an advocate participating in the 111 Ethical Eating Day. To encourage other people to participate, she even learned how to make vegetarian curry to provide a free meal to all those who signed up.
