Organized by the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE), the 2025 Taiwan Sustainable Retail Forum was held on May 14, bringing together government agencies, academia, and retail industry leaders to explore strategies and practical experiences in sustainable retail development.

During the keynote panel, DA.AI Technology General Manager Lee Ding-Ming joined Far Eastern SOGO Vice President Yang Cheng-Hsien and Carrefour Taiwan Chief Sustainability Officer Su Hsiao-Chen on stage. Together, they discussed how businesses can embed environmental principles into every aspect of operations—from product design and supply chain management to customer education. The lively discussion reflected the strong commitment and innovative approaches of companies embracing environmental transformation.

This forum successfully united stakeholders across sectors, fostering a shared vision and actionable momentum for sustainable development. It also injected fresh green energy into Taiwan’s retail industry, paving the way toward a more resilient and responsible future.
