On July 2, participants of the Kaohsiung City High School Zero-Waste Sustainable Living Youth Leadership Camp visited Tainan Tzu Chi Senior High School for an immersive learning experience. Led by several teachers, 32 high school students and 6 university graduate students gathered for a day of in-depth exploration into environmental education and sustainable practices.

The visit featured key learning sites such as the leaf composting area, social studies classroom, environmental sustainability room, and the elementary division’s soil and water conservation base. Guided by both faculty and students, the tour highlighted real-life implementations of circular resource use, farm-to-table education, local conservation, and zero-waste practices embedded in daily campus life.

Through observation and interaction, participants were inspired to deepen their understanding of sustainability and take proactive steps toward environmental action.
