DA.AI’s Pressure Garments for Limbs Received a Golden Medal & Special Award in Malaysia

Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2018 took place in the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) located in the center of Kuala Lumpur from February 22nd to 24th, where DA.AI’s Pressure Garments for limbs received a golden medal & special award in the 17th MTE Invention & Innovation Competition. The Invention & Innovation Awards, Malaysia International Design Expo & Awards (mIDEAS),and the Asian Youth Innovation Awards & Expo all took place over the MTE 2018 to recognize for the best global inventions, designs, and innovations.

Nur Syafiqah Bt Mustaffa Al Bakri and Hawahusna Binti Mohamad Razali from National University of Malaysia both major in physical therapy and accompany burned children from time to time. “We only know the traditional skin color pressure suit, and this is the first time we see grey one with all the special features.” Jasdeep Singh from the intellectual property industry also indicated, "feedback to society is a good business model that we all should learn from.” DA.AI’s Pressure garment not only helps wounded patients to recover, but also provides humanitarian solution to rebuild their mind.

MTE not only provided an opportunity for Malaysian industry, academia, the general public to know more about DA.AI’s pressure garments, but also a good platform to bridge academia and industry cooperation and commercialize innovations. Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association (INNOPA) also awarded a special award to DA.AI’s Pressure Garments for Limbs for its social benefit contribution with Great Love.
