In our next report, we travel to the Tzu Chi Neihu Grounds in Taipei, Taiwan to meet 81-year-old Tzu Chi volunteer Gao A-ye. More than two decades ago, Gao was inspired to practice recycling to safeguard the planet. Despite being illiterate, with determination, the senior has learned ways to distinguish the difference between the different types of plastic bags.
