Typically, March is monsoon season in Taiwan. However, the rain was minimal last month and did nothing to fill up the country’s thirsty reservoirs, thus the government has begun enforcing water rationing in several areas. Before we check on the students at the affected Liyuan Elementary in Linkou of New Taipei City, we first travel to the Zengwen Reservoir in Tainan to understand the severity of the water shortage problem and its cause. 

在台灣，通常三月是梅雨季節，但上個月雨量少得可憐，根本無法讓缺水的水庫止渴，因此政府開始在某些地區限水。在我們前往新北市的林口，看看麗園國小的學生如何面對限水的問題前，我們先來到台南的曾文水庫，了解事情的嚴重性與肇因。
