The Tzu Chi Neihu Grounds has been carrying out recycling daily for the past 18 years. It is also here that rolls of synthetic fabrics made from recycled PET bottles are stored, which can be cut and made into Tzu Chi`s relief blankets on short notice. Over the years, Taiwan`s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also brought many international delegates here to witness the fruit of the country`s recycling efforts. 

慈濟內湖園區過去18年來，不停斷的持續資源回收分類，這裡也是賑災用，寶特瓶做成的毛毯的倉儲，只要有需要，馬上就可以裁切成毛毯，近年來 在外交部安排下，許多國際人士也都來此，見證台灣回收資源的成果。
