In China, Tzu Chi volunteers visited two schools in Yaan, Sichuan to award scholarships. There, 92 scholarship recipients donated their savings to help the needy. Meanwhile students in Guizhou have started a recycling campaign to collect PET bottles, with the proceeds from the sale of recyclables being used to help needy students. 

在中國，慈濟志工日前拜訪四川 雅安的兩所學校，發放助學金，現場92位助學生拿出半年的存款，要幫助更多有需要的人。而在貴州的學生，發起環保活動，在校園裡回收空瓶，把變賣回收的錢幫助清寒學生。
