As recycling and green living concepts become more mainstream, schools in Taiwan have started to design more hands-on environmental lessons for students. In New Taipei City, Yongping(永平) Elementary School invited Tzu Chi volunteers to deliver their environmental message to the school`s students, while students from the Oriental Institute of Technology visited the Tzu Chi Banqiao(板橋) Grounds to learn how to sort recyclables. 

綠色永續環保的概念當道，學校的課程越來越重視，新北市永平國小，邀請慈濟志工到學校推廣環保，亞東技術學院的學生，也到慈濟板橋園區學習如何做資源回收。
