Since 1998, Tzu Chi volunteers have taken on the task of cleaning the streets during the annual Dajia Matsu’s Holy Pilgrimage. After years of practice, participants have come to realize the importance of environmental protection and paid more attention to the categories of trash they throw into bins.

從1998年開始，慈濟志工開始在大甲媽遶境期間進行掃街活動，數十年來，民眾更加了解環保的重要，垃圾分類也更小心。
