敬老洪林金枝Mother-daughter pair walking TC path

Twenty years ago when sister pair, Hong Que(洪雀) and Hong Meng(洪孟) started walking the Tzu Chi path, their mother, Hong-Lin Jinzhi(洪林金枝), did not support their decision, as she felt that they would be neglecting their families when out doing Tzu Chi work. However, as time passed, Hong-Lin Jinzhi(洪林金枝) slowly changed her mind. Now the 89-year-old senior is not only a diligent recycling volunteer in Taiwan`s Nantou(南投) County, but walks alongside her daughters on the Tzu Chi path.

洪雀與洪孟姐妹倆，二十多年前走入慈濟時，曾遭到母親洪林金枝的反對，母親認為做慈濟就不會把家顧好，但隨著時間過去，洪林金枝也轉念心意，現在89歲的她，在臺灣南投做慈濟環保工作，母女三人，一同行慈濟菩薩道。
