The Taiwan Green Mark was launched in 1992 by the Environmental Protection Administration. Since then, more than 1,000 products have been certified by the Green Mark, which indicates that the product has been tested and meets basic eco-friendly standards. However, many products on the market that claim to be “eco-friendly” or “natural” have later been tested to contain endocrine disruptors. For a safer option, consumers should rather purchase items that sport an official EPA eco-label. 

從一九九二年開始，台灣環保署實施環保標章，有一千多種產品通過檢驗，代表產品已達到環保標準，但坊間有很多商品，都自我標榜天然或者環保，最後還是驗出了環境賀爾蒙，為確保安全，消費者再採購的時候，還是要認明國家標章產品
